Isaac R Lee, MBA
Executive Director
Isaac is an Economic Development Professional who has been in the industry for over ten (10) plus years. Prior to coming to Steuben County EDC, Isaac spent some time as the Chief Operating Officer for both The Chamber Partnership and Chamber of Commerce Executives of Ohio (CCEO). In this role, Isaac worked with over 145 active chamber and economic development members across the State of Ohio identifying best practices as well as comprehensive policies to help move these organizations forward in their communities.
Isaac serves on the Steuben County Fiber Network Board and is active in the regional efforts through Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership. In 2017, Steuben County EDC was recognized as a "Digital 25" designation for being a leader in Economic Development and adopting technology to be more efficient in our work. In 2012, Isaac was awarded a 20 Under 40 Award through the Toledo Market in Ohio. In 2013, Isaac was voted on by his peers for the 2012 Professional of the Year Award through Chamber of Commerce Executives of Ohio.
Isaac received his MBA from Defiance College and received his Bachelor’s in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Toledo. Isaac has been married to his wife (Kristen) for 14 wonderful years and they have four children; two daughters, Addison and Madelyn and two sons, Jackson and Henry.
